Good value and clean rooms with working AC. Stayed over for one night booked a two king sized bed for four people. We arrived directly to the front desk inquiring for availability, had no trouble getting a room. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the area until the room was ready. Great location, 35 pesos to get to the nearest beach using Taxi. The rooms were clean with sheets and clean bathroom. It can get a little noisy depending on other guests if the room is near the pool, but otherwise it was a great place to rest with interesting decorations. We were recommended by the front desk to do a night time Bioluminescence tour on the beach, can definitely recommend. (Tip, ask to use the open showers after visiting the beach to prevent sand from coming into the room :) )

Owner is a big liar. I checked in for a week stay and three days in the group shows up. Kids running around slamming doors and screaming till after 2 am. I tried to get the desk to get a handle on it and was blown off. I requested a refund for the unused nights. No one speaks much English but the owner said that I will get back unused nights from Travelocity / Expedia. Got a place and now he says no refund. I am out of that dump.
